Nice managers,Nice size rooms and clean for the price which is 95 for one bed and 100 for two bed.. i like to come here and stay either by myself or with my daughter
Their towels are clean & smell like the detergent! this is all around a place for that home away from home. owners are overall the friendlier faces on the 9nine.Pay your balance on time you'll be okay with them! It's a urban cultured kind of place very diverse. Not entirely modernized yet but in the process. You get what you pay for here no over priced surprises. It has potential; hopefully it expands adding more rooms. The maintenance staff are very prompt. Extremely helpful. If you seen this place before then you can see it's coming together nicely! Thanks again for all your hospitality

Shifty personality type employees one moment they'll be friendly with you and the next they'll ask you to leave. But overall they're friendly and helpful just probably get tired of dealing with shady type people trying to get over on them
All I can say is WOW. I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff didn't bother me like others do, and they made me feel like I was at home, that's what really counts to me. The prices are fair and the environment was very peaceful to me. I will be staying here everytime I'm in town. Thank you California Inn

The preasant management round here is awesome people. Some grumpy, but i can see why. lol The people who hang their hat here from lifes crap, i can only say, they take you as family and see you through your own crap. My wife and i are proud to call this a place with some damn awesome friends.
I met some of the nicest people, I have ever met. Prices are awesome and there is always room for one more.
I live here currently at the motel because they have been very pleasant to us so far. They don't bother us, allow our big dog and very quick to get whatever we need when we ask them. Started at many motels in Modesto lately and so far this one has been the only one on point;!
